Shipping costs for carpets:

We send our articles with the company GLS. The shipping time is 1-3 days after receipt of payment. You can track the current status of your shipment by stating your parcel number at:

If you do not like the delivered goods (carpets excluded), a return within 14 days is cost-free and problem-free for you. Please give us a date, between Mon-Fri, when we can have the shipment picked up from your home. Unfortunately, we cannot determine the time. An alternative pick-up address such as that of your neighbors or your workplace is also possible if you are not at home. A return slip is not required. After successful collection, we will immediately cancel and refund your order.

Shipping and returns

Your shipping packaging

The shipping costs include loading and packaging charges as well as postage costs. The loading fees are fixed, with transport costs fluctuating depending on the total weight of the package. We advise you to combine several articles within an order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs are calculated separately for each order.
